Ottawa Home StagingThe first is the living room when we arrived at 9am. the second is the dining room before the work began. Photo 3 is the listing photo of the dining room after it was staged and the 4th is the listing photo after it was staged. (pretty amazing right)
Sunroom - Before & AfterThis room was called a sunroom but was anything but sunny. By removing the window coverings, de-cluttering, correcting the flow and storing excess furniture we were able to truly transform this space. No rental items were used to create this magic transformation. The third photo shows just how wonderfully the space now functions.
Wolf - Before & AfterThis post-war property in Ottawa was in a wonderful family-friendly area of the city and had been lovingly maintained over the years. This property had been recently painted so it looked nice and bright but it also looked cold and forlorn. Showcasing with rentals showed potential buyers just how cozy the fireplace area could be.
Exercise space to guest roomThis large home in Aylmer, Quebec had four bedrooms! To show potential buyers that the exercise space was actually a nice-sized bedroom, we used only the owners items to showcase the space.
Master Bedroom Before & AfterIn this master bedroom, the bed had been placed up against the main window which was a great architectural feature. By re-positioning the bed , potential buyers were able to look out the window.
One Room Before & AfterOne room living is always a challenge, with careful planning and creative use of space it can be both functional and comfortable.
Lac Bernard Before and AfterThis photo set demonstrates how a home seller’s taste-specific décor can make it more challenging to sell a property. By simply changing out the art, flipping over the bedding and changing out the dark tables for lighter ones created a guest space that would appeal to potential buyers.
